				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just heard the first 2 Reith Lectures on R4 by Atul Gwande, why doctors fail and how systems can improve medical care.  Very interesting and inspirational lectures, I cannot wait to listen to the next 2 lectures in a quiet moment.  I think we need inspiration at a time when our profession is under attack from many quarters.  How can we be better doctors / Rheumatologists?  I don&#8217;t have the answers  but I am keen to continue trying. </p>
